If you're someone who feels things deeply in your body—whether it's chronic tension, unexplained pain, or a sense that something’s just off—you’re not alone. Maybe you’ve tried to talk your way through things but still feel stuck, anxious, or disconnected. I work best with people who are curious about the connection between their emotional experiences and physical sensations, even if they don’t quite have the words for it yet. Like you, I know what it’s like to carry stress and emotion in the body, and I bring that understanding into a therapeutic space where you can begin to feel more whole, present, and empowered.
I’m a somatic psychotherapist with experience in community mental health and creative expression. I work with transitional age youth and adults (17+) using body-centered, relational approaches. I’m sex-positive, body-positive, and kink-aware, and I enjoy supporting artists and creatives in healing, identity, and self-expression.
In our sessions, you can expect a warm, supportive space where you’re met with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment. We’ll explore how your experiences live in both your body and your story, and work together toward more ease, clarity, and connection. I bring my somatic training, relational focus, and a bit of humor when it fits.
