About
Many people struggle with anxiety and depression as they cope with life's uncertainties. We are all redefining "normal." My training in CBT, EMDR, Strengths Centered, and Person Centered Therapy with men, women, children, elders, and caregivers is well rounded. People are dealing with trauma, abuse, employment issues, grief, mental illness, addiction, co-dependency, physical illness, parenting, divorce, retirement, and loss of identity. Everyone wants to know they have a "purpose." I specialize in helping clients with their journey. Most people want to feel safe, loved, understood, and appreciated. I can help with that.
My studies and experience identify that the most important gift we can give another human being is non-judgemental, unconditional personal regard. This provides the best possible environment for personal growth. It provides optimism and hope for the future. That is what I most want for my clients.
My style is grounded in the belief that the individual is the best judge of their experience and that it is my job to help clients explore their options. People are resilient but sometimes benefit from an objective perspective. I know it is hard to ask for help but I consider it a strength of character to be able to do this. I welcome your call.

“Welcome to the world of teletherapy. It's not the same as meeting in person but It is better than meeting with masks on in my opinion!”
