The Sacred Circle: A Practice Group for WOC
The Sacred Circle is a communal experience where Black Women are invited to explore themselves and engage in trauma healing embodiment practice with other Black Women. Each day, Black Bodied Women experience ongoing stress and adversity associated with their identities as Black Women. Within the Sacred Circle, Black Bodied Women can acknowledge the impact that race based, and sex-based trauma has had on our experiences and are invited to join one another in resilience building embodiment practices.
