I enjoy working with stuck clients who want to make a career change, feel better at their current job, business leaders/entrepreneurs who need support and my favorite is to do workshops that increase joy.
I use talking & listening, home exercises, testing, direct experience (art, writing, nature, speaking, sandtray etc.), observation in work/school contexts, group workshops, etc. to help you understand your problem, look for solutions together & have you try things out in real time while alone/at home/work/or with those you care about.
My job is to seek your challenges & strengths, to develop clear awareness of the problem, to innovate solutions along with you, & to hold you accountable to follow through.
