I have had the privilege of working with numerous Individuals, couples and families facing various traumas, as well as relational and communication challenges. I have an integrated approach to therapy using evidenced-based treatment such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy (CBCT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I also have extensive experience with older adults, military population and faith background.
