During the past 30 years, I have had the privilege to support thousands of adult, teens, couples, & families from all walks of life with emotional healing, personal growth, & relationship fulfillment. Depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, life-transitions, self-doubt, burnout, loss/grief, & loneliness can take a toll on us. Therapy can provide a safe space for processing vulnerabilities and enhancing your emotional strength, resiliency, mental-toughness, motivation, and compassion for self & others.
Together we can explore barriers to your happiness and emotional well-being. We can focus on improving assertive communication skills, using mindfulness exercises, increasing your self-awareness/acceptance, recognizing and letting go of self-defeating thoughts, and processing past pain to help you move forward more effectively in an authentic manner.
Currently accepting new client referrals—adult and teen individuals, couples, and families. I greatly enjoy supporting young adults, empowering women, working with the BIPOC community, doing couples therapy, and being available for the Latinx population with bilingual (English/Spanish) services as needed.
