Life experience can lead to stress & transition, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, and which inadvertently develop into life crises that lead to feelings of being overwhelmed, frustrated, and confused. We owe it to ourselves and those we care about to seek out help. I provide hope and healing to individuals, couples, and families through counseling and informative psychoeducation. Clients are empowered to achieve spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. You can gain the skills to process through painful challenges and live a healthy, fulfilling life. I am committed to helping you become your best self!
I typically work with individuals including adolescents, teens, young adults, and older adults including seniors. I'm especially allied, affirming, and competent in working with the LGBTQIA+ community as well as alternative relationships. My treatment focus includes depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship issues.
The first session consists of navigating the logistics of my practice space, whether in-person or telehealth, followed by a review of intake information and inquiring questions posed to the client in order to formulate a clear picture of their current situation and what the client's vision of therapy going forward.
