As a licensed clinician, I am passionate about helping individuals discover their inner strengths and navigate the stressors and overwhelming emotions of everyday life. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, parenting skills, and life transitions. I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Circle of Security, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In addition to addressing daily challenges, I am trained and experienced in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help process both current and past trauma.
I have experience working with diverse populations, including adults in voluntary and inpatient settings, court-ordered clients, individuals with substance use and dual diagnoses, as well as adolescents and children. My focus includes treating depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and building effective coping and parenting skills.
In addition to my clinical work, I am a qualified supervisor, dedicated to guiding emerging clinicians through the licensure process. I provide a supportive, structured supervision experience that not only meets requirements but also focuses on growth, skill-building, and developing a strong professional identity.
