Are you depressed, anxious, fearful, angry? Are you struggling with marital, parental, familial, relationship, employment issues. I have been working with adults, adolescents, couples and family's for over 25 years. My goal is to help individuals function at their full social, intellectual and emotional levels. I help couples communicate and function to the best of their capabilities. I work with individual clients and support them work through their depression and anxieties. Creating a supportive and warm environment is always my focus.
I use cognitive, supportive and group therapy modalities. My focus in my private practice is helping clients recognize their inner strengths, increasing anxiety tolerance, stabilizing depressed moods, improving communication and social skills and improving self esteem. In couples, family and group therapy, communication, empathy and social skills are learned.
I have a strong belief system, that everyone has equal value and worth. If one is aware of their capabilites and strengths, it is than that he/she can work toward goals. By helping clients improve their self-esteem, they can create objectives, acheive goals and reach their potential.
