I believe that we aren’t meant to navigate life’s hardest seasons alone. Whether you’re a young adult struggling with identity, purpose, or relationships—or a parent trying to break generational patterns while raising a family—therapy can be a powerful place for healing. I work with motivated individuals and families who want to create healthier patterns and more fulfilling relationships. Many of my clients are navigating low self-worth, recovering from abusive relationships, or experiencing the transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.
My approach is holistic and trauma informed. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, IFS, CBT, and somatic therapy to meet your unique needs. For clients who request it, I enjoy integrating Christian counseling in sessions.
Clients describe me as warm, supportive, and focused on what truly matters to them. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered—so that over time, you can build the confidence and tools to thrive beyond therapy.
It would be a privilege to walk alongside you in this work. I look forward to the possibility of connecting.
