As a compassionate caring individual & trained Social Worker/ Therapist; I can offer a safe place for you to voice your life struggles. Whether you are struggling with daily life stressors, anxiety, relationship issues, grief or just need someone to listen to your present concerns; I am available to work with you. I may be able to suggest managing various issues with the use of tools which I myself ascribe to. As a Therapist trained in a various therapies, I have found a Strengths Based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to be successful therapy for most issues. We have the power within ourselves to improve our lives through our thinking while focusing on our strengths.
Currently wait list for couples counseling..Therapy provided for Personal Growth ONLY; Therapist will NOT provide paperwork for disability, custody issues, immigration or any litigation situations. Clients are required to sign agreements acknowledging this.
