After 34 years of experience, I have found that focusing on the cognitive/behavioral aspect of people alone does not help them at a deep level. We are spiritual beings having a human experience, and unless we dive deeper to include the soul in the work of healing, there continues to be a sense of malaise. The work I offer includes body/mind/spirit.
I know what it feels like to struggle and want to change. More than the education I have had, my own personal experience of deep healing has taught me how to help people. You need someone to walk with you, to help you re-write the story of your life that makes sense at the level of soul. You need a guide who can truly see you and believe in who you are.
