I have been a therapist for 39 years. As a business owner, I want clients to feel comfortable while focusing on the issues that bring them to counseling. You will be heard, listened to and taken care of. My office has a group of other therapists on staff. Our team of professionals work together to insure you and your loved ones receive the highest level of care.
I love helping individuals, make their problems concrete. I have many tools to assist processing difficulties that are in the past and current. I specialize in art, play therapy, psychodrama, Jungian Psychology, CBT, DBT, EMDR and much more. I enjoy working with all ages and practice has a balance of children, teens and adults.
I use expressive therapies in session. I am an Art Therapist and Licensed massage therapist. I have always believed a person's, "are in their creativity, drawing, art" and in the "tissues". It is very rewarding to help someone learn to create self care and
