About
We all want better relationships and struggle to understand each other. It is an honor to know and work with couples, families and people of all ages to build flexible thinking skills to help you find peace in the many transitions in life. You have abilities and confidence in yourself and we take the time to grow into that space where you want to be.
I believe that solutions are found when we envision who we really are. The stories of our lives can be rewritten with the power of increased self esteem. In our sessions we take time to reflect and slow down the processes, examine our assumptions and find your true self and the power you have to rejuvenate your life and relationships.
Knowledge is power and gaining understanding of our true selves will teach us about love, acceptance and gratitude. I will work with you to find your way out of pain and disorganization in your life. I work with individuals, couples and families to help them create bonds that bring peace and joy.
