I strive to provide neurodiverse affirming care to others in my community. I enjoy helping clients with attachment issues, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. I offer daytime, evening and weekend appointment times that can accommodate busy schedules. I strive to establish a therapeutic alliance with my clients based on emotional validation & trust. I hope to meet clients where they are by working with them collaboratively to identify the core issues underlying many daily problems. This collaborative work is critical to developing true clarity and is a first step towards healing.
I utilize an integrated culturally sensitive approach that can allow me to address ego-state and interpersonal components that make relationships a struggle while also tending to a client's multifaceted individual needs. I am happy to work with my clients individually, as couples, as families, or in groups.
I hope to begin paying it forward by helping my clients in the same way my own therapist helped me. I believe therapeutic relationship is a unique one that allows us to be seen, heard, and understood in a way that is often difficult to come by. I look forward to hearing from you.
