I know it can be difficult to find someone you really feel safe with, who you can trust, who won't judge you. I'd be honored to be that person. As someone who works with the whole person, I understand the importance of religion within all faith groups. I also love working with those who identify as poly, LGBTQIA+, and in the kink community. I completed my M.S. in Clinical Psychology. I'm a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) through Yoga Alliance. And, I'm Mind Body Therapy certified with a focus on Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems. It's my goal to offer a truly holistic therapy experience that is tailored to what works best for each individual.
