In my practice, I focus on a holistic approach that includes more than just mental health but also incorporates physical, emotional, social and spiritual well being. I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, using mindfulness and somatic interventions and many other modalities. I currently provide services for adults, teenagers and couples.
My experiences/training includes working with persons who come from diverse backgrounds and orientations to addess mental health issues and diagnosis related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, chronic health,adult and adolescent ADHD and learning differences, neurodiversity, gender and sexual orientation as well as life changes and challenges.
My role as your therapist is to help find the strategies and solutions that work best for you. Our sessions are a safe and non-judgmental place that allows you to share and process experiences, find support, learn new ways to deal with your emotional and behavioral concerns and improve your abilities to deal with these concerns in a healthier way.
