Life often presents us with challenges we might not be equipped to handle on our own. Therapy is a place where these challenges can be processed and addressed, so that we can move forward in a positive, confident way. In my private practice, I offer support, guidance, and evidence-based solutions in an environment free of judgement. I have over a decade of experience and training working with a diverse range of people of all ages struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and conflict.
My approach is holistic, and I use cognitive-behavior techniques. This means we will work together to explore how certain behaviors impact your mood, thought patterns, and relationships. Throughout treatment, my clients often report improved sleep, mood, and self-confidence, and an ability to better manage their symptoms.
