I have been providing therapy since 2000 in community mental health, Department of Veterans Affairs, and in private practice. I specialize in counseling adults who suffer from depression, anxiety, and need better ways to heal. I'm always a guinea pig for new ways of working with the anxiety-depresson spiral, as well as the "death by a thousand cuts" traumas. Once I discovered gentle, yet powerful ways of healing, for myself, I knew that the people I would resonate with would also find both relief and growth.
I am trained and/or certified in a wide variety of approaches, including EMDR, trauma-informed hypnotherapy, and other mind-body, somatic approaches. I can and do blend modalities for your deepest healing.
