As an adoptive mom of 2 neurodivergent kids I bring the compassion of someone who's walked that path. I will "meet you where you are" emotionally, and together we can navigate a path forward. Optimal mental health is a combination of healing our mind (thought processes), body (self-care and mind/body integration), and spirit (connectedness). I offer psychotherapy that is cognitive-based and compassionate, but also may introduce you to energy-shifting tools like reiki, tapping and qi-gong if you are comfortable with these modalities.
