I feel privileged to be able to partner with individuals and families as they tackle areas of challenge in their lives. I work with children, teens and adults on issues of anxiety, trauma, depression, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, and with the LGTBQ population.
I have 40 years of experience working with children, families, adults, and the elderly in a variety of settings including community mental health centers, an urban housing project, schools, a nursing home in New York, and a residential treatment program in Chicago.
I am a certified EMDR therapist and consultant helping people address issues from the past that are intruding on their present life. I have used EMDR with people ranging in age from five to some people in their seventies.
