Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying the weight of past experiences, navigating major life transitions, or trying to balance the expectations of work and home life. My family's immigration journey and experiences navigating the legal system, along with my own work experiences, have shaped my commitment to advocate for increasing mental health accessibility and knowledge. I understand that these experiences can bring unique stress, trauma, and uncertainty, and I believe everyone deserves compassionate, culturally responsive care.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from various modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, and Somatic Therapy to help you build effective coping skills, process difficult experiences, strengthen relationships and communication skills.
