I help clients develop practical skills they can carry with them beyond the therapy room—learning how to pause before reacting during conflict, set boundaries without being overwhelmed by guilt, sit with difficult emotions instead of avoiding them, quiet the inner critic, communicate needs more clearly, and make choices that are guided by personal values rather than fear. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, shame, guilt, chronic illness, life transitions, disappointment, and patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, or emotional avoidance.
Together, we explore the experiences and patterns behind these struggles so you can better understand yourself and create new ways of responding. I believe meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty, and understanding. I I bring curiosity, compassion, and directness to our work together.
Therapy is a collaborative process. I'll bring curiosity, honesty, and evidence-based strategies, and together we'll create goals that feel meaningful to your life. If you're tired of surviving on autopilot and want to understand yourself with more clarity while making changes that actually last, I'd be honored to support you.
