I work with teens through elders--individuals, couples & groups--to reconnect with their liveliness and a fuller range of creative choices towards a richer, more engaged life. I also help those in the process of stopping psychiatric medications. I'm grounded in a Gestalt therapy approach that focuses on present experience and a holistic view of the self.
It's not enough to have an intellectual explanation for your pain or dissatisfaction, nor is it easy to medicate your troubles away. I include dialogue, art-making, the wisdom of the body and of dreams to find insight and access more of your inner resources. I provide a place to practice new responses.
