Are you looking to find inner peace and create a purpose driven life free from stress and anxiety? If so, you have come to the right place. I work with highly driven professionals who have experienced secondary trauma; find themselves struggling to create work-life balance; prevent or recover from burnout and/or compassion fatigue. I specialize in offering personalized therapy intensives to busy professionals who may not have time to commit to weekly therapy sessions over an extended period of time.

My therapeutic style is both compassionate and direct in my approach. I am EMDR Certified with 20 years of clinical experience. Currently, I am in training to become a Spiritual Director allowing me to incorporate Judeo-Christian practices into your care upon request.

I would love to help you regain a sense of hope, happiness, and well being. In person intensives can be arranged at either of my practice locations in Olive Branch or Germantown. Also. I can offer virtual services to residents anywhere in Mississippi and Tennessee.
