Trauma-informed couple and individual therapy to help you reconnect to your loved ones, get comfortable with your own emotions, and find compassion for yourself. People who get along particularly well with me are: Nerdy folks of all sorts. People with trauma. People with autism and ADHD (I never demand you "should" be a certain way). People with huge emotions who want to learn more about them, not just stifle them. Those who are still figuring out who they want to be when they grow up. People who haven't had successful experiences in therapy and are willing to try again.

We'll mix together insight into who you have been through your life, what's going on in your life currently, and the systems that you're part of to figure out meaningful change in your life so you can do more of what's important to you. We'll get you comfortable with your painful emotions while also watching out for you so you're not trapped with them.
