My practice covers issues such as trauma, abuse, addictions, relational issues, socializing issues, lack of focus, depression, anxiety and more. These issues tend to blind you to who you really are and that's where I come into the picture. I help you find who you really are and who you really want to be.
My practice breaks the rules. No more stressing to make an appointment. So come in after work or after school. Appointments as early as 7a or as late of 9p most days including Saturdays. Pet friendly and you can bring people in your time (session) you wish. I guide you with your needs, not mine.

The Butterfly Experience
Our purpose as a non-profit is to provide mental health assistance, and experiences to the community. We offer a volunteer coalition, community garden and movie/game nights. We are all just like that butterfly, going through our lives with experiences and growth. The Butterfly Experience aims to provide real life examples to deepen the understanding of how this balance creates beauty in life. Afterall, you can’t learn to fly if you never experienced flying.
