I believe therapy should meet each person where they are, and I tailor treatment to fit the unique needs and goals of every client.
I use an integrative and personalized approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and solution-focused therapy. Together, we will identify strengths, build practical coping skills, process difficult experiences, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
When working with children and teens, I collaborate closely with caregivers to support emotional development, communication, and healthy coping strategies.
