I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and caregivers who may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, ADHD or neurodivergence, attachment challenges, foster care or adoption, parenting difficulties, caregiver stress, or major life transitions.
I especially value working with individuals and families who have tried to find support but haven't felt fully understood by traditional approaches. For children and families, I work to understand what is underneath the behavior—not simply how to make the behavior stop.
You may be carrying anxiety, trauma, parenting stress, or the challenges of neurodivergence while trying to keep everything else going. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure what to do next. I understand how hard that can be—and I’m here to help you make sense of it and move forward.
My approach is attachment-based, neuroscience-informed, and grounded in TBRI. I offer whole-person care that may include play, movement, sensory regulation, practical skills, and relationship work—helping individuals and families build greater connection, regulation, and lasting change.
