I’m Katherine, a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in psychotraumatology, EMDR, and psychoeducation. I have extensive training in trauma recovery and the biomechanics of the nervous system. With EMDR therapy, you can do short term treatment in 6 to 12 sessions, or longer term, more in depth work to reprocess a variety of issues.
