As a clinician, my hopes are to create a safe, honest, collaborative space for folks to feel empowered to face the complex obstacles that may have them feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I regularly encourage activities outside of session as means to continue growth, practice learned knowledge, and to further establish empowerment within oneself and the systems you live in. I welcome anyone who is seeking therapy.
As a therapist, I work with individuals, relationships (monogamous and non-monogamous), and in groups. I welcome anyone who is seeking therapy, and I have experience working with substance use, disordered eating, body image, depression, anxiety, and sexuality, including gender identity, sexual orientation, trauma, and pain with sexual activities.
I am open to outreach for inquiries on any topics you seek help for. I offer free 15-min consultations for all! At the end of the day, my desire is to help people reach their goals and make sure needs are met. Video & call sessions are available.
