Together we'll work to change thoughts that keep you stuck, and help you work toward something that feels lighter. I'm LGBTQ+ affirming and glad to work with neurodivergent folks.
My approach is warm, gentle and collaborative and my view is holistic. I like to incorporate a sense of humor when I can! I am EMDR trained, and draw from behavioral, person-centered and trauma-informed approaches.
