You've had the courage to make it this far, and together, we can empower you to achieve your therapy goals and feel better in your life.
My style of therapy is warm and interpersonal. I want to come alongside you on your journey to help empower you and help you find the tools you need to cope with the struggles you are facing. I am strengths-based and positive, and plan treatment and goals around what you want to achieve through therapy. I am respectful and non-judgmental.
In our first session, we'll get to know each other a bit, and I'll gather some background information about your life and what's bringing you to therapy. I'll also share a little about how I function as a therapist and we'll talk about what you want from your therapy process.
