As a marriage and family therapist, I help teens, couples, and families argue less and get along better. I empower clients in their relationships, and help families move toward better communication with one another. Care and support are crucial when taking these steps, especially for those who don't feel heard or understood. Therapy can help this process, resulting in greater self-worth and a stronger family dynamic.

I specialize in family relationships, specifically families experiencing pre- and post-divorce issues. I work with children and teens individually, in an effort to bring the family together in a collaborative, healing way. I also work with couples and provide pre-marital counseling.

My office is conveniently located downtown on Washington Street near the Washington/Wabash L stop. You can contact me via phone or email to learn more about how I can help you and your family.
