NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, and couples during transitional points in life. During transitions, we are often filled with dread, grief, anxiety, timidity, and the overwhelming sense of loss of self and equilibrium. In my counseling office, my goal is to create a space where we will work together to help you restore a sense of balance.

I also specialize in working with caregivers and helping professionals to recognize signs of burnout and compassion fatigue so that you can return to your work feeling rejuvenated and supported.

I have years of experience working in a trauma-informed care family counseling center. I have also worked as a grief therapist in a hospice setting and with victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in a non-profit setting.
