Reaching out for therapy is a meaningful step, and I’m here to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. My person-centered approach focuses on creating an environment where you feel safe, heard, and accepted. My passion for psychology began in high school and has grown into a lifelong dedication to helping people heal, connect, and grow. I’m an avid reader and lifelong learner, constantly engaging with new ideas to enrich my work as a therapist. I believe therapy works best as a genuine human connection.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or life transitions, my goal isn’t to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you. I believe in your resilience and capacity for growth. Together, we’ll cultivate self-awareness, emotional understanding, and alignment with your values, so you can move through life with more confidence and truth.

Outside of therapy, I find peace in nature and around horses, where I reset and reflect. I bring that same calm and warmth into my work, along with a bit of humor—therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or clinical.
