I provide effective, professional, empathic counseling services to individuals in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. I am available to support you through your difficult times and will work with you to direct your treatment and recovery. I have eight years of clinical experience in addition to post-graduate education and have developed techniques to assist clients in coping with a wide range of concerns, from daily stress to chronic mental illness. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
I hold specialty certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Certified Grief Counselor (GC-C). I have completed training in EMDR, a highly effective trauma treatment, as well as training in HeartMath biofeedback tools which can effectively aid in anxiety management.
My goal is to support you on your individual road to recovery and to promote hope in an effective and healthy future. I offer free 20 minute phone screenings to discuss your current concerns and treatment options. Sliding scale payment is available as needed beginning at $70 per session.
