Whether you're in recovery from substance use and ready to tackle those underlying feelings that have been too big and scary to let yourself comfortably feel, or dealing with the stress, anxiety, and sometimes depression that being a mom in this world carries on a daily basis, I am ready to accept new clients and meet you exactly where you are at.

I am EMDR trained and passionate about Trauma-Informed Care. I strongly believe that no progress can be made and maintained unless the therapeutic relationship is one of mutual respect, safety, and knowing that you are the expert on your story. I am so humbly honored to be granted the chance to navigate this chapter of healing with you.
