Hello, I am a Clinical Psychologist and have been practicing for 28 years. I believe healing comes through interpersonal connectedness by developing a relationship based on trust, mutual respect, and unconditional positive regard. I work with adults who want to feel better about themselves, need help establishing boundaries, letting go of emotional pain from their grief and loss, and feel more present but struggle with chronic worries, shame, depression, guilt, and perfectionism. I have helped people facing their darkest moments and was humbled to walk with them on their journey, sharing their triumphs and disappointments.
I work with individuals, couples, and first responders. Areas where we can work together to help you heal and grow include relationship concerns, difficult life transitions and mental illness. I provide a safe space where you can be vulnerable and take a relational strength-based approach using a targeted modality that focus on treating you holistically.
I am an experienced clinician and have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds in various clinical settings. I am ready to help you navigate the turbulent waters of the journey instilling hope and helping you develop new ways of coping with the challenges.
