With adults, I work from a person-centered stance, incorporating cognitive-behavioral strategies. I have a graduate certificate in Play Therapy and training in Child Parent Relationship Therapy. With children, I work from the child-centered model, an evidence-based approach. I love working with kids & parents to establish good mental health for the family.
