Do you want help, but feel nervous about talking to someone? I incorporate art therapy and sand tray therapy into my counseling sessions to make therapy an enjoyable and non-threatening experience. I work with ages 12 and up, and I will personalize the treatment approach to you and your individual needs.
In addition to being a licensed counselor, I am a board certified and registered art therapist and a registered play therapist. I also have advanced training in trauma and abuse and offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy. My unique background allows me to help you find new and creative ways of healing.
