I believe that my training allows me to assist people to heal, to remove the shards of glass that people are often wounded by. I am trained in using evaluation tools to diagnose autism and ADHD. My approach is to create a space where you can feel safe, valued, and understood. I am trained in Internal family systems (IFS, level 1 trained), EMDR, DBT, ACT and mindfulness. I specialize in areas concerning trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, and parenting issues. Evaluations for Autism and/or ADHD with written report.
