Virtual Art Therapy for Teens
Free, Email for zoom link! Ages 12-20, Serving the mountain communities of Evergreen, Conifer, Bailey, Indian Hills, Idaho Springs, and Golden. The focus of this virtual group is to explore emotions and processes through art-making. Every month focuses on a specific theme, while weekly directives dive deeper into art interventions that are both thought-provoking and self-regulating. The goal of this group is to create a brave space to show up, create, share, and explore. This is meant to be supportive, educational, creative, and FUN! Basic art supplies are needed and made aware of before meeting weekly.

Wilderness Art Therapy for Teens
Get in touch with your wild side! This group is held weekly, outside no matter the weather conditions. The goal for the group is to build a connection with one another and the earth through grounding techniques and the expressive arts. This group is led by two therapists (a wilderness therapist and an art therapist) that specialize in the expressive arts with the teen population. There is a transpersonal aspect of this group to further explore resilience and coping skills. This group is FREE.
