I specialize in attachment theory and client-centered therapy. I have experience leading clients from past trauma that held them back from finding fulfilling relationships, as well as helping them adjust to life transitions. I am also trained in EMDR therapy which is an evidenced-based method for facilitating the processing of traumatic memories.
