I offer compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy via secure video sessions through Headway for individuals seeking support with addiction and mood related challenges. I aim to provide a safe, secure environment that empowers individuals to make meaningful change at their own pace. Using a combination of Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Therapy, I help clients explore their personal values, strengthen motivation, build positive coping skills that create lasting change. Together, we will explore your goals and values, identify patterns that hold you back and develop practical strategies for emotional balance and recovery.
I specialize in substance abuse and dual diagnosis (mood disorder with substance dependence/abuse) disorders. Substance abuse is a coping skill that can easily turn into a chronic illness. I provide a nonjudgmental space to explore human experience and meeting identified goals for a happier, healthier and more productive lifestyle.
Everyone needs a safe place where they can be heard and understood, especially in a world full of bias. You are not alone, you matter and you deserve to feel secure.
