Finding the right therapist can take time, and it’s an important step. I’d be honored to support you in your journey toward healing and change. I specialize in working with adults navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, insomnia, trauma, life transitions, and women’s health, including pregnancy and the postpartum period. I provide therapy to individuals and couples, and my approach is collaborative and person-centered. I draw from evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
I have advanced training in CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), completed at Stanford University. I bring particular expertise in using CBT-I with pregnant and postpartum women. I’m also certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, earned through my work with veterans at the VA and NYU. Additionally, I have specialized training in EFT for couples.
Please feel free to reach out via phone or email to schedule a free consultation to determine if we’re a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you.
