I am a easy going, non-judgmental therapist with over 14 years of experience. I specialize primarily in anxiety, PTSD, and trauma related symptoms; however, I have experience working with a diverse populations and stressors.
My goal is to help you feel comfortable and at ease from the very first session. I bring a wide range of experience and use different treatment approaches to make sure our work fits your needs. I’ve spent many years specializing in trauma, and I understand how deeply it can affect daily life.
