From daily stressors associated with social injustice and COVID to managing chronic and persistent mental illness, I look forward to joining you on your journey to your optimal mental health.
I have over 8 years in the mental health field with a wide range of experience working with and treating various mental health issues, both acute and chronic. I am currently offering individual therapy and crisis assessment/consultation for individuals of all gender identifications and racial backgrounds, ages 18 and up.
