Life can leave us feeling stuck, caught between what has been and what is still taking shape. Seasons of change, uncertainty, or transition can feel disorienting, making it difficult to feel grounded in yourself or connected to your own story. I support individuals navigating these experiences, including children, adolescents, young adults, college students, military families, and those who have grown up across cultures or are exploring new roles and identities. Together, we work to notice patterns, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with a stronger sense of direction and self-trust.
I work from an attachment-based and relational perspective, exploring how early relationships shape self-understanding, emotional patterns, and connection with others. With children and adolescents, I take a systems approach that supports both the child and caregivers. I integrate CBT, DBT informed skills, somatic awareness, and psychodynamic exploration.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, attachment wounds, grief, ambiguous loss, or life transitions, therapy can offer space to process difficult experiences and build resilience. My goal is to create a grounded, collaborative environment where you feel supported in understanding yourself more fully and moving toward meaningful change.
