Welcome to my page! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health therapist (PMH-C). I specialize in women’s mental health through the adult lifespan. I have advanced training and experience working with individuals seeking support with fertility challenges, pregnancy/infant loss, perinatal mental health struggles, parenting/work/life balance support, coping with life transitions/loss, trauma, grief, perimenopause/menopause support, and adjusting to the aging process. No matter the life transition, I’m here to help you adjust, cope, and emotionally thrive at each stage.
My goal in treatment is to have you create a coping skill tool box that you can pull from no matter the life stressor. I often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness into our sessions.
In my practice I like to help you rediscover your natural strengths and resolve your individual mental health needs. I help develop new ways of coping that will further enhance and improve your quality of life and relationships. I work with my clients to achieve balance, peace-of-mind, and wellness so that you can live your best life.
